Member Services CoordinatorThe Member Services Coordinator supports the Director of Member Services in developing and executing membership initiatives that deliver value to current members and expand engagement with the National resources.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport member retention and growth through calls, visits, and relationship building.Promote member participation in events, educational/safety programs, committees, and national benefits (Affinity Partners, Discount Programs, Insurance & Trust).Assist with planning member open houses and future member luncheons.Support Government Affairs with PAC communications, check delivery, and scheduling legislator visits.Maintain accurate member data and assist with online directory updates.Provide excellent customer service and represent the association at meetings and events.QualificationsStrong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable with public speaking and in-person/phone engagement.Knowledge of the commercial construction industry helpful.Must have reliable transportation; some local travel and occasional early mornings/evenings/weekends required.Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.Reports to: Director of Member Services & President/CEO
