Your warm, professional presence helps create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. By providing attentive customer service in person and by phone, you support our mission to deliver compassionate mental health services.In This Role, You WillEngage Clients and Visitors: Greet clients warmly, answer questions, and guide them to the appropriate resources or personnel.Facilitate Appointments: Assist clients with scheduling, cancellations, and virtual session setups, while ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.Manage Payments and Records: Communicate payment policies, process payments, verify demographic information, and maintain accurate financial records.Clerical Support: Perform essential administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, reviewing schedules, and scheduling meeting spaces.At Pawnee Mental Health, we take a great deal of pride in the services we offer, and the progress made by those we serve.
