MEP COORDINATOR

Fairstone Construction is looking for a technically skilled and organised MEP Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP systems are installed according to design, specifications, and safety standards, while coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure coordination across disciplines Plan and monitor MEP installation activities to meet project timelines Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues Ensure proper integration of MEP works with architectural and structural elements Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Maintain documentation, reports, and site records related to MEP worksCandidate Profile Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP coordination within construction projects Strong technical knowledge electrical and plumbing. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage subcontractor performance
