We are hiring MEP Estimator - Interior Projects for a leading Interior and Construction Industry in DubaiJob DescriptionAs an MEP Estimator for interior projects in Dubai's construction and fit-out industry, your primary responsibilities will include ¹: *Cost Estimation*: Preparing detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation. *Project Analysis*: Reviewing project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and collaborating with project managers and engineers. *Quantity Take-offs*: Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. *Bid Preparation*: Developing and submitting competitive bids and proposals for MEP projects in a timely manner. *Record Keeping*: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cost estimates, bids, and project documentation.Requirements *Experience*: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as an MEP estimator in the UAE. *Qualifications*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. *Skills*: Proficiency in MEP software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, with strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.Salary and Benefits *Salary*: AED 3000 - AED 5000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.For more details call us at +91 97910 33506WhatsApp : +91 9791033506Botim : +91 9791033506Skills: estimates,construction,documentation,quantity take-offs,specifications,project,bids,mep,projects
