Job Description
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Company: Zawaya Albina Engineering ConsultancyResponsibilities:Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems across company projects and facilities.Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and ensure smooth operation of all MEP systems.Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC, pumps, lighting, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for materials, spare parts, and technical support.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.Prepare detailed maintenance reports and technical recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance within Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, electrical control systems, and plumbing networks.Hands-on experience with maintenance management systems and technical documentation.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
