MEP Project Engineer

The Group has achieved sensible growth in competitive markets through unique skills blended with innovativeness and accountability.With our expansion we are looking for Energetic, Professional and Result Oriented candidates to partner with our team.Mechanical Engineer – PLUMBING & PHEKEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstimation & Tendering for Plumbing & Fire Projects Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all residential and official buildingsCollaborate with various teams to design all requirements for all plumbing projectsEvaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.Ensure all paper works submission (e.g., Vendor Approval Submission, Project Reports and Schedule submission and works executed on sites are according to specification, drawings and project requirement)Co-ordinate with clients, consultants on the technical requirements and attend technical discussions and meeting with authorities, developer, and contractorsWork closely with the procurement team and suppliersMinimum RequirementsBachelor` degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.Minimum 5-8 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering.Fluency in MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.Excellent communication both verbal and written skills in EnglishShould have the experience to identify the Materials used in the Projects related to the building services (MEP)Willingness to travel overseas as when required.
