MEP Project Manager (International Assignment)

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and Vietnamese MEP Manager for a critical, high-profile project. This role is central to the successful delivery of our international project, requiring exceptional technical expertise paired with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, ready to relocate for a one-year assignment to drive project success in a cross-cultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all MEP-related matters with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of international stakeholders.Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and updates in English for project teams and senior management.Ensure MEP works adhere to international standards, local regulations, project specifications, and timelines.Who We Are Looking For:Proven experience as an #MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are non-negotiable.Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated experience working in an international environment with diverse, multi-cultural teams.Must be willing to relocate to India or Indonesia for the duration of the 1-year project.A proactive, solution-oriented leader with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
