Role Description This is a full-time site based in Dubai for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, reviewing submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and overseeing the integration of plumbing, mechanical, and Electrical works. Qualifications Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and proficiency in plumbing systems design and implementationProven experience in Project Management with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and deliver projects successfullyProficiency in handling Budgeting tasks, cost estimation, and financial management of projectsExperience in preparing, reviewing, and managing Submittals and ensuring project documentation aligns with regulatory requirementsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageousExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related fieldProfessional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
