Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Supervisor based in Gurgaon. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within company facilities or projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site activities, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with contractors and suppliers. The role will also involve inspecting equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, along with experience in system installation and maintenanceStrong project management and coordination skills to handle timelines and contractors efficientlyKnowledge of regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance in MEP operationsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues swiftlyAbility to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in relevant software tools and familiarity with technical drawings and blueprintsA degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field is preferredPrevious experience in managing MEP projects or supervising facility operations is advantageous
