Job Description

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.   Duties and Responsibilities:                                                               Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for Meraki Ventures' services, including advertising, other AdTech projects.  Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Client Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and negotiate deals that meet client needs while aligning with company goals. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead the negotiation process and close sales deals ensuring favorable terms and successful execution. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, monitor progress towards targets, and provide detailed reports to management for ongoing performance improvement. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of services post-sale. Customer Support:

Provide after-sales support, addressing any client concerns and ensuring successful service implementation. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Meraki Ventures' service offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management softwareResults-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong prioritization, and time management skillsAbility to read, write, and speak in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
