We lead with the long view, progress and make a difference together!Are you ready to be part of our global team to keep the world moving? What You Can Expect:   Responsible for coordinating production-related improvement activities within new product projects, under the scope of Production Project Management. Leading the development of process improvement initiatives at Hosdere Plant, delivering strategic solutions to large-scale production challenges. Driving cross-functional problem-solving projects involving all levels of staff, including senior management—ensuring effective coordination, team alignment, decision-making, and project leadership.

Providing leadership in digital transformation initiatives across production processes and managing related projects within Daimler Buses’ international production network. Coordinating organizational planning, operational excellence initiatives, and digital transformation efforts within the Production Directorate. Leading continuous improvement activities with a focus on enhancing operational excellence across all production units. Analyzing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Quality, Delivery, Occupational Health & Safety, Cost, Efficiency, and Workforce; developing and implementing targeted improvement projects based on insights. Assessing, reporting, and presenting the impact of initiatives carried out under the Istanbul Bus Production Directorate across the broader organizational structure.

 That’s Why You Are a Match:   Preferably holds a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, or Electronics Engineering. Fluent in English, German is an asset. Skilled in SAP, MS Office, and Power BI; experienced in preparing and delivering effective presentations. Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and solution development capabilities with a proactive and responsible approach. Possesses a technological and strategic mindset to lead digital transformation initiatives. In-depth knowledge of bus production processes and functional responsibilities across departments. Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills in cross-functional team environments. Competent in cost analysis, feasibility studies, and performance reporting.
