About the Role: As Vice Principal, you will: Provide spiritual and faith leadership inspired by the Mercy Tradition and Gospel message of Jesus.
Oversee key portfolios, including Teaching and Learning, Campus Operations, and Faith and Mercy Charism. Lead the Pastoral Team, Extra-Curricular Programs, and Staffing Portfolios. Play a pivotal role in strategic, policy, and management decisions, while deputising for the Principal. Foster a vibrant, inclusive school community and drive the operationalisation of the College Strategic Plan.
