Responsibilities:Responsible for the category's product developmentSourcing and managing the merchandise mix for the achievements of targeted sales & profitsCreating new ideas to expand the product's marketIncreasing market shareMonitoring merchandise performance (sales analysis)Planning merchandise clearanceBrand reporting requirementsWorks with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery termsRequirements:Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in fashion design)Minimum 5 years relevant experience in merchandising position, preferably from fashion retail or textile industryHas good knowledge about product developmentStrong retail math & analytical skills, detail orientedMust have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business senseStrong interpersonal skill & proven leadershipFluent in English & computer literateWilling to be placed at our head office: Karawaci - Tangerang
