Merchandiser | Hawke’s Bay (Napier / Hastings / Havelock)Your ImpactAs a Merchandiser with Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, you’ll be the face of our brands at store level across the Hawke’s Bay region. This role ensures our products are available, presented to standard, and that promotional activity is executed flawlessly. In addition to core merchandising, you’ll also deliver regular in-store tastings (1–2 per week), creating engaging brand experiences for customers and showcasing our portfolio.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure ABNZ products are merchandised in line with store ranging requirements and promotional activityMaintain and relay fridges, chillers, and floor displays to planogram standard, ensuring pricing and POS are correctStock rotation, date-checking, and execution of displays to ensure visibility and complianceCommunicate specials, promotions, and new products to store teamsRun in-store tastings and sampling sessions weekly to build consumer engagement and promote trialBuild strong working relationships with store decision makers and key staffRepresent Asahi with professionalism and customer focusAbout YouPositive attitude, reliable, and eager to learnPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingStrong communication and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated with good time managementCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable carNo prior merchandising experience required – just the right mindsetWhy Asahi Beverages?Asahi Beverages is one of the leading beverage companies in Australia and New Zealand with a rich and varied history.
