Job descriptionJob Profile* Identify, collaborate & source vendors to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.* Ensure on time delivery of goods to meet timelines* Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with vendors, warehouse management and staff for effective supply chain process.* Plan and develop merchandising process and strategies* Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.* Product Costing* Good understanding of fabric reconciliation would be advantages* Maintain a Fabric/Accessories LibraryCandidate Profile* Degree in Merchandising from a recognized institution / Masters in Business Administration * Excellent Computer Literacy related to the above field* At least 3-4 years’ experience in Merchandising preferably in Retail industry* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
