Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:Participating in negotiation with suppliers in buying products under responsibility to create effective buying and merchandising within the approved budget and profitability achievement.Follow up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery along with the communication status of orders with internal customers and support product manager.Coordinate with suppliers in the field of documents related to organization policies and rules to support effective buying and merchandising and maintain relationships.Participate in making reports to summarize overall buying and merchandising to propose to the supervisor.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. At least 2 years of experience in Buying, Purchasing and Merchandising (import fashion) is an advantage.Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.Problem-solving skills are required.Service-minded and work well under pressure.
