Fresh Fashion Wear Ltd. is looking for MerchandiserJob Description / ResponsibilityWe Are Hiring Merchandiser - 01Fresh Fashion Wear Ltd. is seeking a Merchandiser to strong our merchandising team and strengthen our buyer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Any buyer's file maintain independently.Follow up the particular styles which have taken over.On time placement of materials, trims, & accessories & follow up the supply status.Alert on the shortages & excess of particular orders.Allocation & de allocation procedure has to be manage with in the consumption.Maintain the style check list for each & every style for receiving & issuing.Monitoring the sample procedure & submit the samples for buyer & negotiation with relevant parties.Assist to all other work related to merchandising.Daily correspondence with BuyerStyle Entry /Item CreatingFollow up on Import Acyl’s.Production follow up as per shipment plan.To get all Bulk Approval from Buyer (Fabric and Trims) Organizing PP MeetingsSending FI Schedules to BuyerUpdating CP’s to buyers.Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.Maintain the quality policy & objective and ISO requirements.Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology.Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Textiles / Marketing / Business Administration.Skills Required: MerchandisingExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsExperience:Woven Garments (Only Shirt & Pant )Experience in Merchandiser (RMG/Buying House).Proven track record of handling global buyers.Strong Communication, leadership and negotiation skills.Job LocationGazipur (Gazipur Sadar)SalaryTk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
