Merchandiseer - AllocatorThis role focuses on managing and allocating seasonal assortments across our retail and e-commerce channels, optimizing stock distribution based on store performance, and supporting the forecasting and replenishment process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring the brand vision to life at every customer touchpoint.Role Description:Plan and execute allocation strategies for seasonal assortments across all sales channels (retail stores and online)Ensuring alignment with assortment plans and launch timelinesMonitor sales performance, stock levels, and store needs in real time to rebalance inventoryMaximize sell-through, margin, and availabilityPartner with planning and buying teams to support in-season replenishment and sales forecasting effortsContributing insights from store-level and product-level performance data.Analyze SKU- and store-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and risk areas; provide weekly reports and actionable insights to the merchandising team.Collaborate with retail, e-commerce, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliverySupport promotional and product lifecycle strategiesMaintain accuracy of allocation and inventory data in merchandise management systems; proactively update stock movement plans as needed.Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, or planning (fashion retail experience preferred).Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel knowledge; experience with SAP systemis a plusCommercial acumen and strong attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the courage to take initiative and adapt quickly.Passion for fashion, product, and delivering great customer experiences.Proficient in ERP and merchandising systems (e.g., Odoo, Looker), and advanced Microsoft Office 365 skillsFluent in English
