[BURBERRY] Merchandiser (Maternity leave replacement)Job PurposeTo deliver the business plan in line with the Company strategy for the Product range, utilizing the support and strength within the Merchandising team, support Merchandising Manager to lead the team to successResponsibilitiesAssist Merchandising manager (inspire, motivate, coach, nurture and develop) and drive product category to further develop and grow Womens wear and shoes in Korea.Review season OTB with merchandising manager based on historical sales analysis & sales target to reflect collection buyingAnalyze & generate periodical sales and KPI reports and propose appropriate action to takeSuccessfully execute season collections, partner effectively with cross functional team (Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Regional planning and Supply chain team), influencing on key decisions to deliver the strategic direction for the categoryBuild allocation plans and optimize stock level by store to maximize performance through A&R system adjustments or stock transferPartner with Supply Chain to check delivery schedules against allocation plansDevelop category strategy for upcoming season based on country specific market insights and new product initiativesMonitor/control fashion & seasonal product performance with target sell-throughDeliver product training to retail team with professional product knowledge and styling for the categoryParticipate in store visits to enhance knowledge of customer base and profileLead regular and ad-hoc Trade review meetings with the central team, presenting regional sales trends, consolidating product feedback, and sharing regional action plansProvide insights on regional market trends, local specifics, customer needs, and competitor price positioning in local currency to the Central Merchandising teamPlan and update store profile in line with market business strategy and product strategyAnalyze and run ad-hoc reports to identify business drivers and possible liabilitiesPersonal ProfileAt least 4 years of strong merchandising experience and retail mindsetProficiency in English is highly preferred.Passion for product/fashion trendsDemonstrates high commercial instinctStrong analytical and retail math skillsContract Period: 2024.11 - 2027.04
