Merchandiser / Sales Controller

An International Company is searching for a Merchandiser / Sales Controller to join its growing team at Romania.The candidate has to speak Romanian, English at good level and lives at Bucharest.Main Responsibilities·       Visit several points of sales ·       Promote Company’s goods and educate POS’s employees·       Local evaluation·       Help with anything to do with the sales in the market·       Creation of daily merchandising report (sales numbers as well as specific information on PoS, market issues, any type of valuable information.·       Develop distribution to new markets, dealing with new markets researchTechnical Skills·         University degree·         0-2 years of experience working in retail or sales / merchandising position·         Product knowledge. Ability to understand and communicate the details and benefits of the offered products·         Excellent analytical skills·         Good user of Excel·         Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service·         Ability to travel within the Country·         English at good level Behavioral Skills·         Multitasking & time management skill with ability to prioritize tasks·         High organized and detail oriented·         Team spirit·         Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills·         The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
