Visual Merchandising & Brand Management (20%)Define visual guidelines for physical stores, events, and partner displays (such as Decathlon, marketplaces, etc.).Develop layout concepts for booths, display shelves, and POP materials according to campaign direction.Conduct regular checks on all totems, product displays, and offline materials across ONPOINTs authorized resellers.Evaluate visual performance based on conversion and engagement metrics.Maintain consistency of visual identity and tone of voice across all channels (offline & online).Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure every campaign reflects the brands positioning.Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop brand differentiation strategies.2. Product Operations (20%)Acts as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution across product launches, campaigns, and events from briefing to final delivery.Oversees the production, quality check, and distribution of merchandise, freebies, and promotional materials for brand activations and collaborations.Coordinates with printing, packaging, and merchandise vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and production timelines meet ONPOINT standards.Ensures all physical and logistical needs for product launches, events, and activations are fulfilled including product shipment, stock management, and display readiness.3. Cross-team CollaborationCoordinate with the Marketing team for campaign launches and product positioning.Collaborate with the Business Development team to manage all the needs for offline stores.Support the sales team by preparing sell-in kits, catalogs, and product knowledge training.Utilize operations data to determine forecasting and reorder planning.RequirementsExperience matters. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in brand, visual merchandising, or retail marketing preferably in lifestyle, sports, or consumer goods brands. Bachelor's degree in management, business, or any major.Eye for detail, taste for design. You notice what others miss from how a shelf looks, to how a product is placed, to how the brand feels in-store.Strong communication & coordination skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally from marketing to operations to retail partners. You can manage multiple priorities without losing clarity.Analytical but creative. You think in both data and design. You understand what sells, and why it sells and you can turn insights into smart execution.Hands-on attitude. Not just a planner. You are ready to be in stores, check displays, solve problems on the spot, and make things happen.Project management discipline. Able to manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables with precision. No chaos, no last-minute surprises.Brand mindset. You care deeply about how the brand looks, sounds, and performs every detail matters, because it represents who we are.Personality.
