Become part of our movement and support our E-Com team in making Women's Best even more successful!We are recruiting for the London office a full-time Merchandiser (m/f/x)Your Mission With UsAs a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and trading for your assigned collections and categories. Your deep commercial awareness and passion for our products will be key to ensuring we meet our sales targets and continue to delight our customers. You will work closely with our Commercial, Product and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods from supplier to customer.What You'll Be DoingPlanning, Forecasting, and TradingOwn your collections: Manage the entire product journey, from initial planning to final sales.Be a strategic partner: Work with the Product Team on assortment planning, using historical data to inform decisions and ensure our range is balanced in terms of product type, color, and mix of new and continuous products.Drive sales and inventory: Forecast sales, stock, and intake at a granular level (style, color, size), identifying risks and opportunities and making adjustments as needed.Keep things on track: Maintain and update forecasts and production plans in Excel, ensuring all purchase orders (POs) meet supplier minimum order quantities (MOQs) and are placed on time.Stay informed: Regularly update collection and category cards, monitoring their impact at a company-wide level and discussing any significant changes with your manager.AnalysisReport on performance: Produce weekly trade reports with a written summary of key points.Identify trends: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, making appropriate recommendations.Provide insights: Confidently present sales analysis to the Product Team and your manager, highlighting best / worst sellers and potential opportunities.Review market performance: Conduct quarterly reviews of market-level performance to identify significant differences by country.Collaboration and CommunicationWork as a team: Communicate and meet regularly with the Product and Go-To-Market teams to stay on top of deadlines and product changes.Align on strategy: Work with the Go-To-Market team to identify key products for future marketing plans.Partner with logistics: Work closely with the Logistics team, providing timely PO details and prioritizing shipments to meet launch dates.Build relationships: Foster strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring they have up-to-date plans and POs are placed on time.Keep the business informed: Produce best / worst-seller analysis for the wider company to support future strategic planning.Who You AreYou have a strong merchandising background with a proven track record in a fast-paced, global business.You're passionate about product and have an awareness of competitors and current market trends.You have a deep understanding of the Women's Best customer and a strong commercial mindset.You are highly logical, analytical, and have exceptional attention to detail.You are self-motivated and can manage a high workload, re-prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.You are an advanced user of Excel with experience forecasting high-volume, continuity-based products.You have a calm temperament under pressure and are adaptable to change.Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.What We OfferWe believe in creating a supportive and dynamic workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
