It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.RequirementsResponsible for all Luxury E com stores across the whole of KG business and to be one of the key contacts for the following partners:SelfridgesHarrodsBrown ThomasLibertyFenwickPLANNING: Seasonal, Monthly, Weekly, ad hocCollate the Buyers Trends Packs & Look Books and issue to partners start of each seasonPrepare Monthly Key Opportunities (sent from buying) and issue to PartnersKey Marketing moments: Are they well supported? (including partner events or products called out by buying)WEEKLY REPORTS - To Update Mondays:Trade Reports Line Reports (SIR) Trackers, i.e. Abandonments, LaunchesBrand Focus (i.e. Ugg stock and sales monitor)Abandonments / Out of StocksOnline Activity Report: The only one that needs to be prepared and issued internally (inc. best sellers, flag fast covers, highlight partner activity and any ad hoc stats shared by partners from the weekly meetings)TRADINGUsing the above reports, work with Digital Partner Manager to help identify key opportunities and risks - (ie fast covers, slow sellers, site walk observations) and provide feedback to the relevant department (internal or external)Threshold Review for Selfridges Site Walks - to include : Key lines are live, correctly priced, well sequenced, and availability matches reports Products are tagged as per product packs, i.e. Exclusives, New Brand Key lines / Categories are included across the PLPs and various on-site editsDELIVERIESMaintain Delivery Tracker whilst at the same time flagging anything key, i.e. new brands, lines due for a launch, anticipated big drops etc.. in order for partners to prioritise any in their workflow to go live, also for their DC to ‘put away' with priority Assist in resolving issues causing failed ASNs / deliveries to partner DCsSALE / PROMOSCollate line lists from merch, format and share with Partners - highlighting key opportunitiesStock Builds: Monitor to ensure the plan is met based on the agreed critical path. Using the lists, recheck all products are on site - (co-ordinate as a TEAM exercise)Once events launch, check prices are correct and with red pen (co-ordinate as a TEAM exercise) GENERALJoin Weekly Meetings alongside Online Partner Manager, sharing info and actions Checking the Monthly Opportunities are now in stock, working with partners to push live and all are well sequenced Brand Assets: Request from buying and share with partnersPrice Changes: Check sites have updated correctly and on time using the info shared from the merch teamEvaluate daily queries/issues and deal with them efficiently, working with the teams or delegate to relevant department as required.
