With a commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the retail industry.Position OverviewThe Merchandising Allocator is responsible for ensuring the best stock distribution for region’s competency, working with tools of allocation and replenishment under the oversight of the Retail Merchandising Manager and in coordination with HQ Allocation team and the Regional Merchandising team.Your ImpactKey ResponsibilitiesManage replenishment, rebalancing and consolidation activitiesBe always in coordination with Regional Planning and Allocation Manager to grant the financial KPI’sBe always in coordination with Visual Merchandising team to grant the correct imageBe in constant communication with Store staff to support the client’s special requestsWork together with Logistic and Retail operations to define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraintsCooperate with HQ Allocation team to manage the Central reserve and to allocate products to the storesManage operatively the stores’ stock confirming the replenishment and communicate weekly with the storesWork together with Regional Merchandising team to set the assortment and to define the target stock level for each SKU/storeCollaborate with HQ Allocation team to adjust and revise target stock levels based on sales trend and stock capacity, to evaluate assortment changes, manage exceptional cases and update parameters on the systemQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in the Retail industryHaving a Retail mindsetCommercial awareness and strong analytical skillsAbility to plan and prioritize and work well under pressureKnowledge of Retail logistics and distribution processesDemonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunitiesDemonstrated ability to influence and effectively negotiate with cross-functional business partnersPossess a working knowledge of financial measurements and how to impact themAdvanced level of Excel usage with aptitude to learn technical SW and operative toolsTeam building ability and relationship skills
