Merchandising Intern - Spring Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our Merchandising team in driving efficient operations and insightful market analysis. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end merchandising processes, from order management to trend analysis, within a dynamic retail environment.Weekly ReportingPrepare and update weekly merchandising and sales reports to support business decisions.Order and Sample ManagementAssist with tracking product orders and managing samples for upcoming launches and collections.GRN Coordination with WarehouseCoordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing for all incoming stocks.Administrative SupportProvide general administrative assistance, including DHL/shipment coordination and preparation of store training decks and materials.Trend & Competition AnalysisConduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities to enhance our assortment and strategies.Requirements:Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or related field in SingaporeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in Excel and comfortable working with dataEagerness to learn with a hands-on, can-do attitudeInternship Details:Availability: Full-time preferred; part-time (3-4 days per week) candidates are welcomeDuration: Minimum 3 months to 6 months from January 2026Internship stipend: $8,00 - $1,200 per month for Full-timeLocation: Bugis, 152 Beach Road, Gateway EastWorking Hours: 9am to 6pm
