It is particularly recognized for its youthful and playful designs, offering a wide range of products including bags, shoes, and accessories. The parent company is a renowned Italian luxury brand.Role-Merchandising Senior Manager is responsible for her/his assigned category in the different channels in Japan and Islands (Retail/ E-commerce). She/He will take care of all the activity with Omnichannel mindset (Buying, Network/Distribution, Markdown) to ensure the full potential performance as well as cross-functional cooperation with other departments to achieve the regional target and Sell-Through results.Key Accountabilities-Work with Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales/sell-through targetsManage and monitor sales performance daily/monthly/annually to achieve sales budgetPlan buying strategy and align with report line and HQ teamIdentify target assortment for matching regional market needs to maximize sales opportunityProduct training for regional team, including stores before the launch of new season as well as in seasonWork for special projects such as (Capsules, Store Events, Store Restyling, Popup, Gaisho events etc.)Manage and monitor inventory level to maximize sales and keep stable inventory for carry over by store level and to reach sell-through target of seasonal optionsConduct extensive market research and analysisCreate strong collaboration with VMD, Retail, Stores and other related divisions━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━#spotlightjob6応募条件■Qualifications10年以上のMerchandising経験２年以上のラグジュアリー業界での経験ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル出張が可能な方給与 1000 - 1200 万円勤務地 東京BRSコンサルタントAmi HayashiCorporate Servicesメールでお問い合わせ
