该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:Identify the MKT trends and opportunities based on the MKT research and target consumers.Responsible for APP BU, build the range and the core assortment for all channels and leverage the existing product and deliver the China needs to GLOBAL to maximize the business opportunity.Support the FTW core assortment plan for all channels based on the request from different channels and the MKT needs.Engage in energy products, close working with global team, energy MKT and channels.Product information & data managementRegularly maintain product information & data including online system, product seasonal database, calendar, range plan, MP & delivery status report etc. Based on guidance from line manager.Update monthly sell-thru data and deck to track monthly sales status and good/flop sellers.Seasonally update competitor price structure analysis and market trend file to facilitate team to work on product planning, also cultivate more boarder view of various categories.Team supportOffer proactive support routinely with information check & sharing, system management, sample tracking also external communication to help team finish tasks within time frame.Support on key meetings and events with meeting setup, process coordination, GTM toolkit preparation, sample management etc. to make sure smooth process going.Quick response to ad-hoc request.任职要求:Bachelor DegreeAt least 3 years experience of product merchandising or planning in sports/outdoor/fashion industry.Strong numerical analysis skill. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong cross functional communication skill.Fluent in both oral and written English.
