Role Description We are seeking a Merchant Acquisition Manager for a full-time, remote role. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants to expand ShipAfrica's network, fostering partnerships, and driving growth. Your daily tasks will include strategizing and executing merchant acquisition campaigns, building strong relationships with key partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to improve service offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding ShipAfrica's market presence and achieving its mission to empower African businesses. Qualifications Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and partnership buildingProficiency in sales, negotiation, and communication skillsAnalytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and market research skillsUnderstanding of logistics, e-commerce, or fintech ecosystems is a plusProven ability to drive revenue growth and meet acquisition targetsCapacity to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projectsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredA proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong organizational skills
