Merchant Operation Strategy

Job Responsibilities:Operation Strategy Implementation ：Combine the category characteristics of merchants (e.g., catering, fresh food, supermarkets, etc.), their business status and platform resources to formulate personalized operation plans for merchants, including optimization of dish pricing, design of full-reduction promotions, planning of package combinations, suggestions on store decoration, etc., and promote the implementation of the plans.Data Monitoring and Optimization ：Regularly analyze the core operation data of merchants, such as exposure volume, store visit rate, conversion rate, repurchase rate, average customer spending, etc., accurately identify business shortcomings, put forward targeted optimization suggestions and assist merchants in implementing them, so as to continuously improve the operational efficiency and profitability of merchants.Platform Resource Connection ：Integrate the platform's marketing resources (e.g., homepage recommendation slots, limited-time flash sale activities, coupon distribution, etc.), assist merchants in securing high-quality resources according to their business needs and the platform's activity plans, and enhance the exposure and customer attraction effect of merchants' stores.Market Information Synchronization ：Timely convey the platform's latest rules, policy changes, industry trends and competitors' information to merchants, help merchants quickly adapt to market changes, adjust their operation strategies, and enhance their competitiveness on the platform.Job Requirements:3+ years of experience in operations, prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations is preferred;Familiar with and Middle Eastern cultures, fluent in English for business communication;Combine different playbooks and food delivery operational methodologies across countries/regions to accumulate replicable international experience.
