Freelance Recruiter - Work Remote

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter who can work remotely and enjoy the freedom to manage their own schedule. This role offers an opportunity to engage with a diverse range of candidates and clients while supporting their recruitment needs across various sectors. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

If you are skilled in building relationships and have a passion for connecting people to their ideal jobs, we would love to have you on our team!ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positionsDevelop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and expectationsManage the full recruitment cycle, from initial prospecting through to final candidate placementUtilize social media and other online platforms to attract potential candidatesKeep detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment progressProvide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring processStay updated with industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and practicesRequirementsPrior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatoryStrong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniquesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and clientsAbility to balance multiple recruitment projects and adhere to deadlinesProficient in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment purposesSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detailFluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plusA reliable internet connection and a designated workspace for remote work are essentialBenefitsWhat We Offer 💸 Commission-Based Earnings:
