Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this crucial Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our grocery delivery services and ensuring a seamless experience. Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients as you guide them through the ordering process, help with product selection, and address any concerns they may have regarding their grocery deliveries.
