Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordics Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers from the Nordic countries, assisting them with inquiries related to our online learning platforms and educational technology services. Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be vital as you help clients navigate our offerings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of their online learning experience.

You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission to empower learners through technology.
