Job DescriptionEl objetivo del puesto de un representante de ventas es impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad de la empresa mediante el manejo de distribuidores, la generación de nuevas oportunidades de ventas, el cierre efectivo de ventas y el mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con sus clientes. Responsables de garantizar que los productos o servicios de la empresa sean presentados de manera convincente a los clientes potenciales y existentes, y de alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos. Su desempeño exitoso contribuye directamente al éxito general de la unidad de negocio.

Principales Funciones Responsable de Gestionar, Desarrollar, Negociar y Garantizar el Cumplimiento de Planes Comerciales de los Distribuidores y/o Clientes Directos asignados; de acuerdo con las estrategias de la Unidad de Negocio de Animales de Compañía Segmentar a los clientes del distribuidor, de acuerdo con la estrategia de la Unidad de Negocio de Animales de Compañía Visitar Clientes del Distribuidor para Identificar Oportunidades, Generar Venta y Demanda.

Utilización de herramientas de Sell In y Stock de Distribuidores para identificar oportunidades dentro de estos, asesorar al Cliente Cuenta Clave en sus requerimientos mensuales, y así mantener un stock adecuado en el distribuidor, además de evitar sobre-stocks en el mismo. Manejar comercialmente los distribuidores asignados, analizando el Sell Out y garantizando el cumplimiento de las cuotas de estos distribuidores. Implica el Análisis de Datos para conocer y dominar los mercados de sus distribuidores y sus clientes (Clínicas Veterinarias, Pet Shops y Tiendas Agropecuarias).

Capacitar y/o organizar capacitaciones a Fuerza de Ventas del Distribuidor, Equipos de Marketing, y Clientes del Distribuidor (Staff de Clínicas Veterinarias, Pet Shops, etc). Garantizar que la estrategia de marketing y comercial sea implementada a través de sus respectivas cuentas y/o mercados. Proponer ideas de negocio para los clientes de sus distribuidores, en función a las necesidades y/u oportunidades del mercado. RequerimientosFormación Profesional: Médico Veterinario, Zootecnista, Ingeniero Agrónomo, Técnico Veterinario, Farmaceuticos. Conocimientos: Negociación y ventas, preferiblemente experiencia en industria farmaceutica. Experiencia:

5 años con experiencia comercial o en ventas (pre-venta y post-venta). Manejo de Software: Microsoft Office y Power BI (nivel intermedio). Idiomas: Español avanzado, Inglés intermedio. Habilidades: Comunicación Interpersonal oral y escrita, Capacidad de Análisis de datos e información, Manejo de situaciones difíciles y toma de decisiones. Otros: Capacidad de liderazgo y de empoderamiento para negociar con distribuidores y clientes directos. Capacidades de comunicación efectiva y presentación en público. Disponibilidad para viajar de acuerdo con las locaciones del cliente.
