We accelerate the growth of more impactful work and the evolution of Slalom.The Role: M&A Leader, Global (Principal/Senior Principal)What You’ll DoContribute to the overall growth of Slalom’s M&A capabilities through a combination of sales, delivery and practice development Drive and support go-to-market motions together with our local market teamsLead pursuits and engagements while carrying a $2.5M-$5M+ revenue quotaDelivery areas include:Executing operational due diligenceCreating integration strategies, plans and governance modelsBuilding IMOs (Integration Management Office) leadershipManaging integration synergiesDeveloping M&A Playbooks and common practicesWhat You’ll BringProven M&A experience that has Lead IMO or Technical work streams. Understands synergy realization and has a successful track record. Subject matter expertise in M&A advisory with emphasis on IMO management, playbooks, and operating model designExperience with account management, sales, delivery, and practice development in a professional services capacityPrevious accountability for a revenue quota of $2M+Ability to manage teams, large programs/projects, and stakeholder relationships across multiple engagementsExperience working across various industriesAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Principal $145K- to $190K, and Senior Principal $150K-$230K. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
