Ledgend Group is partnering with a large boutique investment bank who is seeking an M&A Associate or Vice President in New York, NY. Responsibilities: Independently working with clients and handling complex transactions.Making sure models are up to date and accurateDeveloping existing relationships and building new ones;Assisting in execution of dealsAssist or drive the delivery of full range of M&A products and services to clients at the executive management level, managing client relationships, and executing mandated assignments.Participate in analyzing companies, develop strategies for clients, pulling market and industry research across the M&A product suiteLeading client meetings and pitches; and providing strategic advice and proposalsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Investment Banking M&A experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the followingDesired Qualifications:M&A executionExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong track record of originating and executing M&A transactionsAbility to manage several simultaneous transactions and projects at once
