We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare innovator that is redefining how primary care is delivered in Germany. Combining modern on-site medical practices with digital solutions, the company is on a mission to measurably improve the care of chronically ill patients and it’s scaling quickly.To support this growth, the business is hiring a (Senior) M&A Manager to join its team (Munich-based, hybrid with 2- 3 days expected in the office). This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of acquisitions across Germany while playing a direct role in transforming the country’s healthcare landscape.This role is perfect for M&A professionals who not only excel at financial and commercial analysis but also value the human side of deals, building strong relationships with sellers and stakeholders to create lasting partnerships.About the Role: As (Senior) M&A Manager, you’ll drive the acquisition of successful general practices and medical care centers into the network. You’ll manage the full deal cycle, from first contact through to signing, including negotiation and due diligence, while working closely with internal finance teams and external advisors.
