In this role, you will focus on preparing and writing quarterly financial reports for the funds and projects managed by our firm. Your work will directly support decision-making and investor communications. Your Role: Prepare, analyze, and write quarterly financial reports for AIFM-managed funds and companies.
Ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to stakeholders. Collect and review financial data from internal systems and service providers. Support the team with ad-hoc financial analysis and data requests. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes. Work directly with portfolio companies to enhance their reporting practices. What We’re Looking For: A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (or final-year student). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with financial systems is a plus. Excellent written communication skills in English and Latvian.
