Position: Junior MERN DeveloperSalary: 20,000 BDT/Monthly, with 10-20% annual increase and promotions after every 2-4 years based on performance.Mandatory Internship Period: 10,000 BDT for 5 months, followed by a permanent position with full salary.Location: RemoteWork Load: 45 Hours/week, totaling 195 hours per monthWe're searching for a MERN Stack Developer skilled in both backend and frontend development.
