ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a rare opportunity to support our visionary Co-CEO and Co-Founder at the forefront of a global fashion brand. Far beyond traditional EA duties, this role combines strategic planning, operational support, and brand coordination.

You’ll be a trusted right hand - bringing structure, focus, and clarity to a fast-moving environment. With exposure to high-level decision-making, creative initiatives, and day-to-day leadership operations, this is a pivotal position for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and variety. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Serve as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and force multiplier to the CEOOwn and optimise complex calendars across personal and professional domains, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and peak performance windowsTrack key business initiatives, ensuring the CEO remains across deadlines, deliverables, and outcomesFilter and manage inbound requests (internal and external) with discretion and good judgementPrepare briefs, agendas, decks, and talking points for high-stakes meetings (board, SLT, investor, press)Maintain real-time visibility across high-priority founder and brand initiativesOwn the CEO’s calendar, travel, logistics, and expenses, managing competing priorities with efficiency and calmHandle confidential documents and conversations with absolute discretionOversee styling, wellness, glam, restaurant bookings, and media engagementsCoordinate founder appearances with PR, marketing, and creative teamsMaintain aesthetic alignment through lookbooks, content calendars, and founder presentationsUnderstand and anticipate the CEO’s style, taste, and creative vision and filter relevant inspiration, ideas, collaborators, and cultural insightsLiaise with design and campaign teams to ensure brand integrity across public-facing momentsWHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5+ years supporting C-suite leaders or founders in high-growth, creative, or luxury industries. Experience in fashion, media, consulting, or brand strategy is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to manage executive operations, communications, project tracking, and aesthetics at a senior level.
