Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the Lounge Attendant will ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the day. This role focuses on delivering top-quality service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that coffee and food offerings meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the lounge area, ensuring smooth operations while continuously improving service and product quality. Areas of responsibility will focus on the following: Lounge OperationsProvide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring excellent customer service. Oversee the presentation and quality of coffee, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and appearance.
Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked lounge, ensuring all items are available and fresh. Monitor and improve the food and beverage offerings, keeping them aligned with guest expectations and hotel standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Manage lounge seating efficiently, accommodating guest needs and peak-time demands. Ensure high hygiene and cleanliness standards across the lounge area. Monitor stock levels, replenishing supplies as needed and informing management of any requirements.
