Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMessa Sync is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from prospecting to post-event follow-up.

You will work closely with clients and our internal event teams to ensure a smooth sales experience and the successful delivery of each event.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in generating and qualifying event sales leadsSupport senior sales staff in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentationsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are metMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activitySchedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clientsProvide on-site support during key events as neededContribute to the development of sales strategies and event packagesAnalyze event performance and client feedback for future improvementsQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends for eventsAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($64,000–$69,000 annually)Opportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysDynamic and collaborative team cultureTraining and development programs
