Job DescriptionYou will be member of the central Group Marketing Communications Team, with direct focus on the sales segment, especially the fast-growing retail sales business at our European subsidiaries.
Essential responsibilitiesDevelop and support processes as well as campaigns at the subsidiaries aligned with the group requirementsControl the consistency of MET's image and appearanceCollect the needs of the subsidiaries and offer them useful solutions to improve their own business for measurable business resultsProvide digital support (developing the website, online platforms, systems) and any additional online or offline support (campaigns-ATL/BTL, market research and questionnaires, merchandising, designing/creating leaflets, fact sheets, supporting event management, branding the offices, shops)Oversee social media management activities to enhance brand presence both a divisional and country level Utilize digital marketing techniques to engage with the audienceReporting to the Group M&C Director, you will work closely together with the Head of Marketing Western European Division, the local marketing experts, as well as with our agencies QualificationsBSc, MSc degree4-6 years of experience in retail sales project management role, preferably in the energy, insurance or telecommunications industry.
Knowledge of CRM tools - experience working with CRM systems and sales process automation platforms (SalesForce), Digital Asset Management (Frontify), CMS (Umbraco)Experience working with sales teams and translating their needsProficiency in digital marketing and CRM strategiesFamiliarity with analytical tools - e. g. Google Analytics, Power BI in the context of sales and usage data analysisProactivity in identifying and implementing sales solutionsExperience working in a multi-team environment involving coordination and alignment of scope with other business and IT stakeholdersProficiency in English, while Hungarian, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly appreciated
