Job DescriptionThe Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and execution of the entire portfolio of digital initiatives (e. g. website development, CRM platform, digital marketing tool, etc) related to the process of marketing electricity and natural gas to end customers of the Western European Sales Division of MET Group (i. e. Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Poland and Czech Republic). The position is based in Switzerland, Baar. Key Responsibilities: Project/Program Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans (including RFP/RFQ phases), timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources. Develop program plans to manage multiple initiatives within the organization. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the project budget, control costs, track expenses and manage invoicing and cash flow. Secure and optimize resources, manage and coordinate cross-functional teams according to project needs and objectives. Stakeholder Management:

be he main contact for internal and external stakeholders, especially development team and Product Owner, provide updates, understand requirements and manage expectations throughout the project. Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate sprint planning sessions to define sprint goals and backlog items. Ensure team understanding and commitment to sprint goals. Oversee sprint execution and timely delivery of user stories. Organize daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, manage escalation of issues. Adjust timelines or resources to keep projects on track. Performance Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain project documentation (user stories, sprint plans, progress reports, meeting minutes), ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders. Track project metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time) and provide performance updates to the teamCompliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations and standards and manage governance processes. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve workflows, utilizing lessons learned to enhance team efficiency, collaboration and project outcomes. Gather and incorporate business feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance & Satisfaction: Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards, project goals, stakeholders expectations and deliver value.

Facilitate testing (UAT, system/integration testing), and validate products against goals with PO. Change Management & Post-launch Support: Oversee post-launch activities like troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Ensure that training is done and necessary changes are documented, communicated, and approved by relevant stakeholders. QualificationsRequirements: Engineering school, M. Sc. in Economics/Management 7-10 years experience as project manager in the digital space, including running RFP/RFQ processes. Energy retail knowledge is a strong plus. Proficiency in English, while French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to deal with multiple stakeholders including C-suite executive.

Experience with agile project management methodology. Technical background (e. g. architecture, integrations, coding) is a strong plus. Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (e. g. CMS, CRM, ERP), and knowledge of collaborative software (e. g. , Azure DevOps, Jira). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing key details. Collaborative skills for working with cross-functional and international teams. Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to tackle challenges arising during project lifecycle.
