About the partner:Savvy Kid is an app that helps parents of children with ADHD.Market: English-speaking Tier 1 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia).Main sales channel: Meta Ads → web funnels.Current stage: Growing +20% MoM in both sales and active users.Business model: Profitable, stable, and scaling.We’re a lean, fast-moving team in the sweet spot: rapid double-digit monthly growth, profitable from the start, and small enough that every hire is a key player.We’re looking for a Facebook / Meta ads buyer to join Savvy Kid.What you’ll do:You’ll be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing high-volume Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on driving direct B2C sales. Your work will cover the full performance cycle:Setting up and optimizing targeted campaigns on Facebook (Meta Ads).Managing budgets of $500K+ per month aimed at Tier 1 markets, optimizing strictly for purchases.Editing and producing performance-focused ad creatives.Writing clear and precise briefs for designers (both for new creatives and variations).Closely monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and scaling winning campaigns while managing CAC.Quickly solving issues with Meta support or account managers when needed.Providing insights from performance data to the product and creative teams to guide strategy.(Bonus) Running and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns.Must-haves:Ability to independently create briefs for both design and UGC creatives — today, a Meta Ads buyer is not just an ads expert but, above all, a creative producer.Experience as a Meta Ads buyer in an agency or in-house performance team.Proven track record of running high-budget campaigns for B2C with a focus on purchase conversions.Deep understanding of scaling strategies and CAC management at large volumes.Strong grasp of analytics — able to work with funnel-level metrics and optimize against them.Nice-to-haves:Experience buying ads on TikTok.Experience targeting parents as a core audience.Understanding of mental health or educational products.Familiarity with web funnel optimization (w2w quizzes).What we offer:Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.Clear goals, no bureaucracy, and no endless Zoom calls.Competitive USD salary via Deel.Performance-based bonuses — with good CAC, scaling can significantly increase your income.Join as a key early hire in a profitable, fast-growing startup with:Attractive growth opportunities.Stability (0% chance of “we ran out of money” layoffs).A respectful, direct culture — no micromanagement, no corporate nonsense.
