You'll play a hands-on role across creative production, campaign strategy, technical setup, and Go High Level (GHL) integrations - ensuring seamless, profitable performance from start to finish.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves blending creativity with data.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning Research audience segments, competitor activity, and campaign positioning. Develop marketing funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF) aligned with client goals. Define hooks, offers, and messaging angles to resonate with target audiences. Creative Production Design engaging static and carousel creatives (Canva or Adobe). Edit short-form video ads (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva Video). Write persuasive ad copy tailored to English-speaking audiences. Produce multiple ad variations for continuous creative testing. Campaign Management & Optimisation Build and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Optimise for CPL, CTR, and ROI through data-driven testing. Identify and scale winning audiences and creatives. Troubleshoot issues like ad rejections, audience overlap, and tracking errors. Tracking & Technical Setup Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and GTM. Configure events, conversions, and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Ensure accurate tracking alignment with GA4 metrics. CRM & GHL Integration Integrate Meta campaigns with Go High Level for seamless lead flow. Troubleshoot API, webhook, and automation issues. Support automation refinement for better attribution. Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly performance reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio. Present insights, wins, and recommendations for optimisation. Maintain proactive communication across Teams, Asana, and WhatsApp. RequirementsMust-Have:✅ 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management (lead generation focus).✅ Strong Graphic Design Skills (Canva Required, Adobe Preferred).✅ Video ad editing experience (short-form, performance-driven).✅ Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GTM setups.✅ Excellent written and spoken English.✅ Proven record of improving CPL, CTR, or ROAS.✅ Reliable remote setup (stable internet and power backup).Nice-to-Have:💡 Experience with Go High Level (GHL) integrations and automations.💡 Experience managing UK or global client accounts.💡 Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and Asana.Working Expectations Full-time: 40 hours/week.
