Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity:Role: META MarketingLevel : Assistant ManagerLocation: GurgaonReporting to : Manager- Performance ManagerAbout The FunctionMakeMyTrip’s Hotels business plays a central role in delivering high-quality accommodation options across both domestic and international markets. The function works closely with hotel partners, pricing, revenue, and product teams to ensure wide selection, competitive pricing, and a seamless booking experience for customers. With a strong focus on supply strength, market expansion, and customer experience, the Hotels ecosystem is one of the largest and most critical growth engines for the organization.The Hotels Performance Marketing team plays a key role in shaping and executing growth strategies for the Hotels business. We work closely with the Revenue and Category teams to drive incremental volumes that contribute to both topline and bottom-line growth.With a strong consumer-first approach, the team focuses on understanding traveller behaviour, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies for both new user acquisition and retention.We also partner closely with the Hotels Product and Technology teams to support feature development, enhance channel efficiency, and unlock scalable growth across all performance marketing channels.About The RoleThis role is responsible for driving scale and ROI through performance marketing and remarketing channels (Google Hotel Ads, GDN, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trivago) for hotels. Individual will develop plans to deliver Room Nights, Shoppers & New users as per business requirements and improve pricing, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics & provide complete performance reporting with relevant actions on insights gained.What Will You Be Doing Execute performance and remarketing campaigns across devices (desktop, mobile site & app). Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiency. Devising and executing bidding optimization strategies for meta-search channels. Run and analyze continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities of growth and efficiency. Cross functional collaboration with category, revenue and supply teams to improve competitiveness in the Meta landscape and with product teams to enhance conversion rates. Use Google Analytics, and other third-party tools, to analyze and showcase the effectiveness of our digital strategies, including creating ad hoc and recurring reports. Demonstrate ability to work at both the planning level (generating ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analysing traffic data). Qualification & Experience MBA/B.Tech or an equivalent degree in quantitative field from a reputed institute 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing Key Success Factors For The Role Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to perform quantitative analyses and apply basic statistical concepts. Hands-on experience with catalog-based bid management strategies or tools for meta channels/SEM is an added advantage. Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms, including SEM, remarketing, and programmatic channels. Working knowledge of Advanced Excel; exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture), and basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript (tags and simple coding). Prior experience with catalog/feed-based bid management solutions is preferred. Effective team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
