Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success managing Entertainment and Media categories. This leader will be a creative thinker while working cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their teams. They will manage a consultative sales team, selling Meta’s platform solutions to some of the largest companies in Entertainment. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, who is a talented coach of successful teams. This candidate should demonstrate a track record of problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of businessBuild, train and maintain a high performing teamAct as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short and long- term challengesWork cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Partnerships, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client effortsConsult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needsGuide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for the Entertainment categoryIdentify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the verticalIncrease the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approachesDevelop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agenciesMinimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with digital media12+ years of experience with sales or marketing4+ years of experience as a managerExperience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaignsDemonstrated experience using data to craft strategyExperience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnershipsKnowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trendsCommunication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client valueExperience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agenciesFacebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscapePossess an understanding of the landscape and be considered a thought leader to leaders across all of your accountsPreferred Qualifications:
