Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizonShape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing, and dives into audience needsCollaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders like product managers, engineers, data science, legal, partnerships, and user experience research in a dynamic, fast moving environmentDesign tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven approach to partnering with cross-functional teamsMinimum Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, CRM or related industry experienceExperience leading projects that are highly cross-functional and require both quantitative and qualitative thinkingExperience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategyExperience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguityEffective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentationsBachelors degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications: Experience in product marketing supporting product launches and partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirementsExperience working with early stage productsMBA or other relevant advanced degreeAbout Meta:
