The APAC Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities engineering of both traditional office and technical facilities throughout APAC. This role ensures the effective and compliant operation of facilities, balancing engineering best practices, regulatory standards, risk mitigation and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for leading the performance and governance of Integrated Facilities management (IFM) service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAsEfficient service delivery across office and technical spacesA key focus is placed on risk management, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining operational continuityAct as technical SME to manage and lead Capex & Opex projects, including minor works, infrastructure upgrade and mission critical facility enhancementsOwnership for Hard Services budget management Capex & OpexLead regional IFM technical programs, ensuring global alignment while addressing APAC-specific operational requirementsDrive innovation and continuous improvement for the Facilities and Real Estate team leveraging our internal and externals partners in the region.
Ownership and management to ensure all spaces are fully operational without disruption to the businessLead the facilities engineering risk framework, ensure all maintenance, repair and project activities comply with industry standardsOwnership and management of statutory compliance frameworkOwnership and management of utilities ensuring usage, billing and efficient operation are maintainedProvide subject manager expertise (SME) support to regional teams on engineering operations,technical specifications and infrastructure planningLead energy and sustainability programsOwnership and management of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS toolingLab support for technical labs MEP services ensuring operational uptime, service delivery including tool install or modification worksMinimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in facilities engineering or related fieldMechanical / Electrical or Building Services engineering qualifiedOther accredited engineering or technical disciplinesDemonstrated Industry experience in Engineering Hard ServicesPreferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Building Management System design and operationalExperienced project management skillsProficiency in EAM / CMMS systemsOperate in a fast paced environment and think strategicallyExperience of risk management frameworksExperienced budget management skillsExperienced in Facilities Engineering within the commercial & technical environmentsDemonstrated knowledge of vendor and governance managementDemonstrated Knowledge of compliance standardsAbout Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
