Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support up to 3 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, you will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time. Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external meetingsManage complex calendar set-up and movementPrepare expense reports and purchase requisitionsCoordinate both domestic and international travel arrangementsOrganize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetingsBuild cross-functional relationships between departmentsPartner closely with organization lead adminsCommunicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross functional partnersGeneral office duties as neededMinimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesExperience prioritizing multiple projectsExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred Qualifications:
BA or BSc or equivalent experienceExperience driving strategic projects and events at a strategic levelExperience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnershipsExperience supporting tech functions at a large scale tech companyExperience working with experienced leaders, both within and outside of the companyExperience managing complex calendars with international travel schedulesExperience working with business-leads or chiefs-of-staff to run business operationsExperience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goalsDemonstrated project management and change management experienceConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsAbout Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
